Shipping and Returns Information
What choices do I have for shipping?
We offer several choices for shipping, but it depends on how fast you want the goods to arrive and much you want to pay. We offer Canada Post as our primary vendor.
Note: If or when there is a risk or actual postal strike, we will suspend all shipments until the situation ends. We can arrange for other means of delivery but they will likely be at a higher cost. If you can not wait for the items, this might be the only choice for those who are beyond local curb-side pickup options.
I have my own Fedex, or UPS account. Can I use my own account to ship from you?
If you would like your parcel sent out by another method other than Canada Post, you will have to make those arrangements and paperwork preparations, then coordinate the pickup with us. Please contact us by email, if you wish to choose this option.
Do you ship to my country?
In general the answer would be Yes, we do. However, there are countries where there is a history of parcels go missing, so we will ship using a secure level of service ONLY. We will offer shipping to any country as long as the package is insured and trackable. That means Canada Post “Express Post” rates. Sending orders outside those guidelines puts the delivery in question and customer dissatisfaction when things go astray. We value your business and strive to ensure everything has the highest chance for a successful conclusion for you and us.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Pending on where you live and the distance from us, it obviously will vary. Deliveries within Canada wide, usually take anywhere from 3-7 days. To the USA, often small parcels will arrive in 7-10 days remembering border customs people and procedures take time. Once it clears US customs, the final delivery is carried by USPS to your home. In the rest of the world, you have to be patient! Allow a minimum of 5 days for Express packages or up to 3 weeks if it is sent as a small tracked parcel.
What are metres and how to they compare to yards?
Metres are how the many countries of the world measures fabrics, elastics and other “yard goods”. A metre is approximately 40” long (39.37” to be exact) which is 9% longer than a yard.
What are KGs or Kilograms as compared to Pounds?
Like metres, they are the metric equivalent. One (1) Kilogram is approximately 2.2 pounds.
Return Policy
All products must be returned in undamaged and in a re-saleable condition to be accepted.

Payment Options
At this time we strongly advise the use of Paypal to make payment for all transactions. We believe this is the most effective and economical solution for all parties.
Note: We NEVER recommend the sending of cash to us or anyone for any purposes, the risk is simply not worth the effort.
FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions
- Out of Stock or Limited Quantities exist situations.
- If a particular product offering is marked as "Out of Stock" or with insufficient quantity then you would like to purchase, we recommend you emailing us with your needs and timeframe needed. We will investigate and get back to you as to how quickly our production line could accommodate the situation.
2. Curb-Side or Local Customers

- For those customers within a reasonable distance to us, we would be happy to provide this as a option for delivery. We recommend you place your order, select the Local Pickup shipping option, include a note in the checkout page of your wish to do a pickup. Once we process your order we will contect you to mutually agree to a time for your visit.
